Building with a total surface area of 2,837 m² extending over 3 floors and constructed on a plot with a surface area of 3,549 m². Other than the auxiliary areas and toilets, it accommodates 16 various purposes rooms, 1 multi-purpose room and 4 offices. A vertical geothermal system was constructed for the building’s heating and cooling, including VRV units, which is a ground-breaking method for buildings of such scale. Sports facilities and stands were constructed in the surrounding area.
