A two-floor building with a total surface area of 1,026 m² constructed on a 7,200 m² plot. Other than the auxiliary areas and toilets, it includes 9 various purposes rooms and 2 offices on the ground floor and the upper floor. Sports facilities and a small amphitheatre were constructed in the surrounding area.
